But I’m A Cheerleader centres on Megan, an all-American high school cheerleader who seemingly has the perfect life. Everything is going swimmingly, until her friends and family grow convinced that she is a lesbian. To “cure” her sexuality, Megan is sent to ‘True Directions’, a rehabilitation camp to encourage her to become heterosexual. Life-changing revelations are discovered at camp though, and when Megan meets sexy tomboy Graham, Megan learns more about herself than she thought possible
